	Terms and Conditions
	Simplified T&C When choosing us to film your video please note the following simple guidelines. We will supply all necessary camera and audio equipment for the shoot as per agreement. We will supply backup media, power distribution and camera support. We will supply lighting, basic dedolight & redhead, gels and additional lighting where requested by client. We will supply Jib & grip, where requested by client. Weight limits apply to the Jib. We will supply production monitor which allow the client to view and review all shots. For shoots requiring the moving of a Jib & track, an extra crew member will be required for H&S It is the responsibility of the client to ---------------------------------------- Choose a suitable venue for the filming, arrange all filming permits and parking allocation. Choose a suitable backdrop for which the filming will be against and arrange lighting as required. Dress the set and making sure that the look that they see in the camera monitor is the look wanted. Supplying a Storyboard and shot list, before the day of the shoot. View the shots during filming or on review, and to ask for a retake, should a shot be not useable. Obtain all necessary shots as required by their supplied producer / director. Should the client decide not to film any shots, or only a low quantity of shots, or wrap early, all costings still apply. When the client calls wrap, we understand that they are happy with the shoot, and have approved quality of all shots. Terms of Payment. ----------------- In cases where we do not take a deposit, footage will be released onto HDD supplied by the client which should be pre-formatted to the preferred OS of the client system only on payment of balance for the shoot. (See Media below) If we do not receive payment for footage within 7 days, the footage will be archived at an additional cost, charged weekly at a rate per 100GB Payment can be by transfer, Cheque, Cash or Paypal. (3% supplement). Payment includes VAT at prevailing rate. A VAT invoice will be supplied on request. Media. --------- Media supplied to us for transportation of footage, must be supplied clean, and pre-formatted to the operating system of choice, Mac or PC, FAT or NTFS. We will not be held responsible for the corruption or damage to other files if there are errors or issues during the copying process / delivery. Editing. -------- Editing is not included in the cost of a shoot. Editing is priced per day, and is a minimum of 3 days. For general editing, -------------------- We will make the video available to be watched and assessed by the client at two stages during the editing process and before the video is finished. The first stage viewing will occur at rough cut stage before all the titles effects and music have been arranged. The Client agrees to make any necessary changes at that point should there be any. These changes will be incorporated at the Clients request, However no other opportunity will be provided to make changes to the edited videos. Precision Editing ----------------- In cases where the client is to have a large technical input for an edit Should an precision edit be required, we can supply visual time-coded proxy footage for shot selection at the end of a shoot. In cases of precision editing, we require the client to choose from proxy, in order, the shots required to make an edit. The client will return to us a full accurate time-code selection of shots. It is recommended that the client sit in with the edit, This will be at a location chosen by the client. Cancellation Policy -------------------- We require a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellation of a shoot. Cancellations made within that time mean that the deposit if paid will not be refunded. Should the client decide to film only part of a day allocation, a full day is charged. Should the client require to reschedule a shoot, this must be done before the 48 hour time period, for no additional cost but is subject to crew availability.

	Media Production Filming is our passion and we do it in Ultra High Quality. 8 times higher quality than HD. Here at Midnight we have our in house RED ONE Camera. Allowing us to film at up to 120 Frames per second. additionally we have 3 EX1 cameras, allowing our clients to use a selection of cameras for their needs. The cameras come with a range of grip equipment, 3 Metre dolly track and Libec Jib, to allow for flexible movements.
